instructional designers are experts in learning methodologies, learner-centered approaches, and educational technology. Contact a designer for help with the following:

online navigator is the student contact for Online course support. Staci focuses on Online student assistance for retention, resources, and connections to other student service resources. Contact Staci for help with:
- information and connection to resources and support services
- understanding Canvas
- struggling in a course or need help with your course/faculty experience
- accessing course materials such as ebooks, access codes, publisher materials
- communication with instructors
- understanding your rights as a student
