English Department courses which meet DMACC's Diversity Requirement

All students pursuing an AA degree at DMACC need to have at least three semester hours of designated diversity course work with a grade of "C" or better in order to graduate.

The following DMACC literature courses meet DMACC's Diversity course requirements for an AA Degree.

Languages spoken by DMACC English Department faculty and world travel

Languages: In addition to English, our faculty exhibits diversity through the languages in which they are fluent. These languages include French, Chinese, Russian, and Spanish.

Travel: As of 2011, DMACC English Department faculty have traveled to a total of 50 countries, principalities, and islands.
