DMACC Policy and Guidelines

​​All DMACC employees, students, visitors and contractors are required to comply with this policy, which shall be enforced at all times. DMACC will follow the provisions outlined in Iowa's Smoke-Free Air Act (Iowa Code 142D) concerning enforcement requirements (Iowa Code 142D, Section 8, Enforcement).
