Pre-Nursing Curriculum for Associate Degree Nursing Stand-Alone Program

CNA Verification:

Submit proof of completion of a minimum of 120-hour State of Iowa approved Certified Nurse Aide program or equivalent. A transcript of your course grade from a state approved program or certificate of completion displaying a “T” number will serve as verification. Further information

Submit proof of successful completion of Nurse Aide written (NRAO858) and skills tests (NRAO859) for placement on the Direct Care Worker Registry. A transcript indicating you passed both tests, or a Registry card will serve as verification. Further information on testing is offered through Continuing Education.
