Following are the general DMACC requirements for postsecondary level positions:
- Arts & Science Instructors - Master's degree in the discipline or any master's degree and 18 graduate semester hours in the discipline
- Vocational Instructors - Three years of related nonteaching work experience
- Counselors - Master's degree in Counseling or college student personnel work with an emphasis in counseling
- Librarians - Master's degree in Library Science
