The mission of learning communities at DMACC is to encourage student and faculty development through interdisciplinary connections in a collaborative environment.
Our system, DMACC Connections, allows students to take two theme-based classes with the same classmates and with two instructors who will collaborate throughout the term. Homework and other assignments will be coordinated between the courses. Contact your dean or provost for details if interested in developing learning communities' courses.
