Voice mail is a very convenient way for students to reach you. Voice mail at DMACC is active 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Consider listing your work extension in your syllabus for students to use. You may retrieve your messages from anywhere in the United States.
Full-time faculty will automatically have voice mail at their office extension. Please put your own personal message on the system as a greeting. Choose a password that students and others cannot guess.
Adjunct faculty may request voice mail by contacting their department secretary.
Please be sure to return phone calls. It is every College employee's responsibility to observe common phone etiquette. It helps with our image, enrollment, and retention.
