DMACC offers a Transfer major that lets you earn an Associates Degree that is transferrable to many four-year colleges. It also offers courses that relate to several disciplines in the biological sciences including ecology and field biology, human biology, cell and molecular biology and microbiology.Several vocational and para-paraprofessional programs at DMACC also require courses in biology. DMACC's biology courses can also prepare a student who is transferring to another institution to continue studies in a biologically-related baccalaureate degree.
