Executive Director - Jacki Boldt

Jacki serves as the Executive Director for the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program in Iowa and has supported the program since it originated in Iowa in 2019.  Prior to joining the program, she worked in a variety of roles at Des Moines Area Community College focusing on workforce development and employee training initiatives in the central Iowa region.  Jacki holds an MS in Business Analytics and undergraduate degrees in Business and Education. 

Program Manager - Kerri Yost​

Kerri serves as the Program Manager for the 10,000 Small Businesses Program. She joined the 10,000 Small Businesses program in November of 2021. Her work includes supporting the day-to-day operations of the program, as well as being the point of contact for scholars throughout their cohort. Kerri earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Monmouth College, and Master of Public Administration from Drake University. Prior to joining the 10KSB team, Kerri worked at the Iowa Economic Development Authority where she helped support multiple small business resource programs.  ​

Alumni Manager - Sveta Miller​

Sveta joined the 10,000 Small Businesses Program in May of 2023 as an Alumni Manager. In her position, Sveta supports the growing alumni program in Iowa and helps with recruiting and outreach efforts in the state. Sveta earned an AA from DMACC, a BA in Business and Psychology from Central College, and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Drake University. Her professional background covers experience in higher education and community outreach.
