If you want a copy of your transcripts, please use the
Transcript Request form.

All public record requests will be referred to the appropriate department and reviewed to determine what part of the request is a public record. Reasonable costs associated with the production, examination, and copying of records will be billed to the requester before records are purchased.
To submit a Request for Public Records from DMACC,
please use the Public Records form.
