Aurora, Illinois family-owned Mortuary is seeking an experienced, Illinois-licensed Funeral Director / Embalmer to join our dedicated staff. The successful candidate would need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, basic knowledge of religious customs and computers.
The candidate would be involved in all aspects of funeral service that includes making at-need funeral arrangements, removals, embalming, visitations and conducting funeral services.
The position does not require the candidate to make night removals, but offers on a voluntary basis, the opportunity for additional income with our overnight removal program.
We offer a competitive salary based on experience, alternating weekends off, health insurance, 401K, and vacation.
