The DMACC Employee Charitable Giving Campaign begins Friday, October 27 and ends Friday, December 15, 2023. Employees are provided with the opportunity to make a gift by cash, check, credit card or payroll deduction, to one or more of the active funds held at the DMACC Foundation.

Designating Your Gift

Through the DMACC Employee Charitable Giving Campaign, you can direct your support to the area of greatest need, a specific campus, program or scholarship. Find the​​ area that you would like to designate​ your gift​.  If you do not designate your gift, it will be directed to the area of greatest need.

Making Your Gift

Payroll deduction​

Payroll deduction provides the easiest way to contribute to the DMACC Employee Charitable Giving Campaign. NEW for 2024! The payroll deduction pledge set-up in the 2024 Employee Charitable Giving Campaign will begin with the first pay in January, 2024 and will continue until the deduction is stopped. An email sent to the DMACC Foundation (foundation@dmacc.edu) and the Payroll Office (payroll@dmacc.edu​) is required to stop the deduction. Changes to the deduction amount or fund(s) may be made at any time after January 15, 2024. 

To make a gift by payroll deduction:

  • ​​​Log in to myDMACC
  • Choose the Staff or Faculty​ button
  • Locate the Banner Self Service image and the gray Employee Dashboard header below it
  • Select the blue Employee Giving Campaign link

​​Note: When you make a pledge through myDMACC, you do not need to put a dollar sign in th​​e amount section. If a dollar sign is added, an error message will appear when the submit button is clicked.

Gifts of cash or by check

If you are making a gift of cash, please drop off your donation to the DMACC Foundation, located in Building 22 on the Ankeny Campus. 

For gifts by check, please make the check payable to DMACC Foundation. Checks can be mailed (or sent by interoffice campus mail) to: DMACC Foundation, 2006 S. Ankeny Blvd., Bldg. 22, Ankeny, IA 50023.
