Here’s how it works!

Fill out the application. Answer ALL questions for your application to be valid. Incomplete applications will result in disqualification.
The Fall photoshoot will be at Ankeny Campus only.
Upload photo. Please, no pictures with Snapchat ears or filters. No group photos; individual photos only. Videos are optional but recommended.
Selected models will be contacted and scheduled for a modeling session on September 28 or 29, 2023.
We are also looking for applicants to apply to audition to be the DMACC Mascot, Mac the Bear! There is a section in the application that you can fill out to audition for the mascot.
