An expanded DMACC Student Activities Center includes a food court, performance and study space, & our new Trail Point Aquatics and Fitness Center. In addition, the Iowa Culinary Institute^® (ici^®), has been recently expanded and renovated.

​​The new campus mall connecting these two projects has been recreated with a new coffee shop, artwork and landscaping that tie the campus together.

Near the DMACC Ankeny Campus are some privately owned and operated student housing options, including Campus View, Campus Town and Prairie Pointe, all located within a short walk to classes on campus.
